The only one who has not left the Obama Administration is Obama.. correct me if wrong , but it appears the Cabinet replaces are a lot higher then Traditional, for the second term of a president..
I think what bothers me more is the "quality." John Kerry is more capable than Obama's first choice. Hagel appears to be a disaster; at best a puppet for the administration, which he as much admitted ("I am not a policy maker.")
In hindsight, compared to his likely successor, Tim Geithner is going to look like a genius. And those are the four big ones: State, Defense, Treasury, and Energy.

I think his high point was totally mismanaging and greatly prolonging the BP spill, because he thinks he is smart.

I can't argue. It's pretty well agreed that the mismanagement of events following the spill were worse than the spill itself.
