The mistake would be to expect him to act like the leader of the greatest Country in the World. The country Japan is turning to for help. He absolutely positively is not a leader, he's mearly a very well trained orginizer. This ship has no Captain.

And if the UK wants to establish and enforce no fly in Libya then let them we have enough wars on our hands right now.
