- OE2 North proposing to build a 250 million cfpd gas processing plant
- $150 million project
- 39 acres of a 143-acre parcel owned by OE2
- if construction begins by mid-April, could be completed by December 15, 2020;
- 15 miles west of Williston, near the Montana border with Roosevelt and Richland counties
- will serve XTO production in Williams County
- will help reduce flaring in that area by as much as 25,000 tons/year
