This Will Make Mineral Owners Happy --NOT! -- The Bakken, North Dakota, USA

An IP of 777  and spacing of four (4) sections.
Four sections -- 2,560 acres now held by production. The good news: the 4,000 bbls cumulative was over four days in January, 2012, apparently before the test date.

  1. It looks like the wind industry is falling out of favor with the environmental groups. The federal government and the administration are taking heat about the bird and bat kills.

    1. Great link, thank you. I've seen several stories along this line, but have not posted any of them yet, to best of my knowledge. I may need to start posting them. Thank you.

  2. On NDIC map, when you zoom in on 16-156-93, it shows that Hess has a pad of six wells, 21129 to 21134, all confidential except for 21129.

  3. I am on my iPad. When I get to a desktop I will see if I can find more on this. I vaguely recall two 6-well pads abutting each other but I could be wrong.

    1. I can't find my original post regarding two 6-well-pads abutting each other, but this Filloon rumor is entirely new to me, and I've posted it at my wells to watch in 2012.
