  1. i wonder if MDU will construct a seperate NG pipeline from the Bison pipeline connect near manning ND to service this and a expanded population of Mandan/Bismarck, nd.

  2. I wonder if there are plans to phase out the lignite plant? Probably not, but 88-megawatt is close to 100-megawatt Heskett power plant.

    Be that as it may, I wonder if Minnesota can tell the difference between lignite-electricity and natural gas-electricity. Minnesota has an aversion to lignite-electricity.
