Bruce, this is a really surprising announcement from the Williston Wire. (link below) Maybe you already saw this... 2 more new hotels for Williston. A 160 room Radisson Inn Hotel and a 240 room Country Inn & Suites. This is pretty significant!

Thank you. Yes, I saw it on the Wire, also today. It's been posted/linked and will show up on the "Top Stories" list at the end of this week.
ReplyDeleteThank you for taking time to make sure I saw it. Pretty incredible, isn't it -- a Radisson in Williston. Perhaps for Wall Street analysts who want to visit the Bakken.
160 rooms and 240 rooms. The most recent coming on board are 4 story with 80-90rooms. This is the perfect opportunity to build something skyward instead of sprawling. I'm guessing they will build sprawling. Would be nice to see a couple new 6 to 10 story hotels.
ReplyDeleteThey're worried about earthquakes caused by fracking -- so no high rise buildings and no cloverleaf interstate exchanges.
DeleteFor newbies: this is just a joke.
