Pre-Halloween Snow In The Bakken -- October 27, 2019
Not even Halloween yet. I don't recall ever having snow before Halloween when I was growing up in Williston (lousy grammar/sentence structure but you get the point; I'm in a hurry). I am sure we had those days but I do not recall any.
