    Doesn't Chesapeake also have a well at 9-137-99...#22223?...Hutzenbiler...any idea when that might come off the confidential list or has anyone heard any info about it?...

      CHK has about 15 permits issued in 2011 and 2012; most of which are not drilled or reported yet.

      According to the NDIC, it comes off the confidential list on September 5, 2012.

    Can they postpone these 2 wells for any reason? If they can, they probably will. They are trying to keep all this very quiet.

      If a well is not completed, it will be placed on DRL status.
