Cramer's First Hour -- September 3, 2024

Locator: 48522CRAMER.

Cramer's first hour: a mix of fact, factoids, opinions from various sources -- often not cited -- while listening to Cramer's first hour on CNBC.

Boeing: very, very challenged; Cramer doesn't understand why folks are so bullish on Boeing. The argument that there are only two aircraft manufacturers "doesn't hold water."

Intel (INTC): lots of discussion -- says Intel in big trouble. Interestingly, AMD and XLNX mentioned numerous times (positively). Cramer: to call Intel "problematic" is too optimistic. At the open, down another 5%; now down about 4% -- ten minutes into trading.

Cramer may need to assemble a list of companies with balance sheet problems -- Carl.

DIS: wow, now trading below $90.
