• Samsung has one chip plant in the US: Austin, TX; this second one will be about an hour northeast
• Samsung said it was considering locations in New York (very, very unlikely) and Arizona (very, very possible)
• should be operational by 2H24
• would employ more than 2,000 people
• construction to begin 1H22

The day Brandon released 2.1 billion gallons of crude oil from the nation's strategic petroleum reserve -- you know, the reserve we keep in reserve in case the US Army reserves need to fight a war. That reserve.
