For now: Lots of energy stories later, but for now, just resting in my toasty, warm bed in north Texas -- Euless, near Grapevine, DFW, Texas.
We haven't turned the heat on since yesterday evening when we turned on the heat for about fifteen minutes before dinner. Woke up to 69° in the apartment. Now, it's just toasty warm under a lot of blankets. I'm lovin' it.

Christmas Dinner 2022
No more turkey or ham for me from now on, for either Christmas or Thanksgiving.
Lobster, salmon, and shrimp this year, but Peking Duck is still in the mix for future dinners, but most likely as part of a New Year's celebration.
