This will be fascinating -- Governor Newsom already has the most expensive gasoline in the country. I doubt the state needs more renewable energy ... but gasoline? That's another story.

I can't find the Argus Media story ... the twitter link to the Argus Media story doesn't work / broken / or it was pulled.
Up until recently / the last we heard, a California judge had stopped this conversion.
