One might start to see references to "FinFET" and GAAFET" more often, but in the big scheme of things, entirely unimportant to most of us for the time-being. For me, FinFET and GAAFET become a thing when Tim Cook starts putting the acronyms on his powerpoint presentations.
In other words, ignore this blog (for now).
FinFET and GAAFET have nothing to do with heat sinks, at least not directly.
