- Walmart: Paired with Triscuit, rosemary and olive oil.
All I need to know about wine
- buy your wine from a credible retailer, in this case, Costco
- know what to pair it with, in this case, triscuit
Nothing else matters, except perhaps price. If your house red is costing you more than $7.99, you're doing it all wrong. LOL.

Costco: Australian lamb chops. Wow, I cannot believe the size of these cuts and the price.
Rosemary - thyme - shallot - garlic rub applied this morning; let sit overnight. Grill tomorrow.
