Bakken Producers -- Random Rankings -- October, 2022, Production Data

Original data from drillingedge, link here.

Calculations based on "BOE" are estimates, based on a "6/1" ratio.

Note: In a long note like this, and especially with "internal" calculations, there will be typographical errors. If this is important to you, go to the source. This is based on October, 2021, data.

Note: EOG ranking is greatly affected by having reported "no" well completions in the past year or so in North Dakota. The number of wells completed in the past year greatly affects all producers and all data.

Note: there are so many observations that can be made from these spreadsheets. For example: I found it surprising how "productive" the Zavanna wells were on a "boe/well" basis and yet their oil / total boe was the "worst," by a significant margin.

It's no mean feat to be #1 in boe/well when the "Bakken" revolution in North Dakota began fourteen years ago (2007).
