Summary of changes:
- NDIC reports 37 active rigs, but it appears there are five "dupes" which brings the number of active rigs to 32
- although Hess is listed five times, Hess has but three active rigs
- someone may want to fact check this but I count eleven "hits" for CLR, with one duplicate, suggesting CLR has ten active rigs
- Kraken is still without an operating rig in North Dakota
