  • Biden's pick for Interior Secretary was at Standing Rock with DAPL protesters -- anyone think DAPL will not be shut down?
  • North Dakota taxable sales and purchases drop nearly 20% in 3Q20;

  1. Regarding Biden's appointments and the future of the DAPL, it certainly doesn't look good. But if the federal government can rescind the DAPL permit, why couldn't the state of ND rescind the permits for the wind turbines in the state? There would go the state of Minnesota's mandated renewable energy source and electricity rates would as Barack Obama once said "skyrocket". I think that might get some peoples attention.

    1. That makes incredible sense. In addition, there would be another group of folks / another lobby putting pressure on the Federal government to keep the DAPL open.
