  1. The Grandparents/parents who homesteaded/purchased these interests were the rightful beneficiaries of this fortuitous occasion. Sadly, none of them lived to see it. The current owners of these mineral's only claim is to have been born at the right time and place. Somehow it doesn't seem quite fair.....
