  • Operators: Hess (2): Oasis
  • Fields: Tioga (Mountrail County); Beaver Lodge (Williams County); and, Banks (McKenzie County)
  • Comments:
    • Hess has a permit for TI-Blestad well in the Tioga oil field, lot 4 in section 31-158-94;
    • Hess has a permit for a BL-Amelia well in the Beaver Lodge oil field, section 15-156-95; an
    • Oasis has a permit for a Thelen Federal well in the Banks oil field, section 34-153-97
Eight permits released from confidential status / canceled:
  • CLR: four Hartford permits, three Dover permits, and one Bob permit, all in Williams County; all except "Bob" in section 19-155-97; "Bob" was in section 22-145-98;
Nine other permits also canceled:
