Notes From All Over -- Part 4 -- June 20, 2019

Biggest story not being reported: global warming not helping out.
Torrential rain of biblical proportions is causing immense devastation for midwest farmers -- zerohedge. Bismarck Tribune also has story on the flooding: high water and flooding is delaying critical shipments of goods through inland waterways like the Mississippi river.
WTI surging. Why: from twitter --- WTI crude surges 3% after reports say Iran shoots down US military drone. We'll see. WTI is up over 3.5%% right now (7:37 a.m. CT, June 20, 2019); up almost $2/bbl; trading just under $56 ($55.88).

Rig counts: a lagging indicator.

Norway: my hunch -- Norwegians may not be happy with this --
