  1. that 154 Bcf below last year at this time is the number i'll be watching...sometime between now and the Fall we have to improve on last year's storage numbers, or we'll start next winter in the same fix that we started this one..

    1. I'm glad we have screenshots of the data this year, because next year the "grey" (the minimums) will have dropped even further and it will be easy to forget that 2018 - 2019 set a new low. As more nuclear and more coal come off line, natural gas is going to have to make up the difference.

    2. yep. all the reports tout the 10% increase in natural gas production last year, but few mention the corresponding 11% increase in consumption due to power plant and export expansion...
