I just came in from shoveling 24" of global warming off my deck NW of Williston!
ReplyDeleteThe bigger risk: weight of snow causing damage to roofs.
DeleteThank you for taking time to write. A lot of folks are curious how much snow fell in the Williston area. I'm sure we will see some photos of drifts out in the oil patch at some point.
Do roughnecks get "snow days"? Actually I would bet some are stranded/trapped at the site. God bless 'em all.
if we had a FEMA office in the Bakken. it would be closed Due to the weatjer.
ReplyDeleteUnless they had four-wheel drive Chevy Volts.
DeleteI sent my Aunt some flowers Fed Ex to Tioga. They are held up in Williston still. Hope she gets them before to long. Seems travel around there is very hectic! Sending gifts to Bakken area might take time! Patients is key! Old man winter has arrived!
ReplyDeleteThey will get there! You don't have to worry about the flowers getting warm.
