Housekeeping: Bell Oil Field Has Been Updated; Also Activity North of Williston Updated

Not much new here for regular readers, but the Bell field is an important field to watch. Whiting says this field may rival its Sanish field.

If you do go to the link, note:

  • the number of "PH" -- Pronghorn wells
  • the cumulative production numbers for some very new wells
  • the number of Whiting wells on "drill" status; in the completion stage, and I assume these will be reported out in the next few months

  1. Hello Bruce. Park is next. Park is just west of Bell. In fact, the border between Park and Bell is the Billings county and Stark county line. Section 24 in Park, which borders Bell, has a 2nd rig going, and next month, it'll go north into section 13. The northern and west borders of Park expanded this year, and starting in 2013 Park is going to get many more wells, and as time goes by. Whiting has been focused on Bell, and Parks turn seems to be next. Take care! Jeremy
