  1. Has anyone heard of Winterton Suites? They have a luxury suite (small hotel) in Roosevelt,Utah. I see they are planning a downtown Williston hotel...with only 25 rooms and supposed to be ready by spring of 2012, I wonder if it is going to be a rehabilitaded building somewhere downtown? Here is the link announcing the coming soon to Williston.

  2. Wow, it never quits. I had not heard of that.

With only 25 rooms, if makes me think of renovating the Plainsman Hotel in downtown Williston, but renovation is sometimes more work than just putting up a new building.

Luxury suites, huh? Probably for mid-level managers....thanks for this tip. Not being in the Bakken, I completely missed it.

Stand-alone post coming up to see if anyone knows.
