GTL
  • To open OmniPort in January, 2012, Port Arthur, TX
  • 300 acres of on-site rail car storage
  • $95 million project
Bostco Terminal
  • KMEP will participate in Battleground Oil Specialty Terminal Co LLC (Bostco)
  • Houston Ship Channel
  • Initial phase: 52 storage tanks; combined capacity of 6.6 million bbls
  • Will be able to handle ships with drafts up to 45 feet
  • To enter service by 3Q13
  • $400 million project
Oiltanking
  • Two oil pipelines and 1 million bbls of oil storage in Houston Ship Channel
  • Cited expected US shale and Canadian oil sands crude oil coming to the Gulf Coast
  • To be completed by 1Q13
  • $85 million project
  • Brings capacity of all products up to almost 20 million bbls
