Energy Company Offering To Sell 10,000 Net Acres In SW North Dakota -- Sale To Conclude Over Next 20 Days

Hallador Energy selling 90% of its working interest in 10,000 net mineral acres in southwest North Dakota, specifically the northeast corner of Slope County (and a bit in Hettinger County). The company will retain 10% of the acreage.

The "data room" is currently open and will remain open through June 3, 2011. Sales are expected to conclude June 8, 2011.

  2. FYI, average for slope county in the may 2011 state lease auction was 30$ per acre .

  4. True on State Lease Auction, but many people are receiving offers to lease for $200+ p/ acre in and around the 135/98 area.
