George Bush Reading to Elementary Classroom On 9/11

Radiation is being detected outside of Tokyo. Tokyo is about the same distance from the damaged nuclear reactors as Washington, DC, is from Pittsburg, PA. My hunch: this is much, much, more serious than folks first thought; the story will be told by the end of the week, one way or the other.

[Life is full of irony. I was taken to task for posting a story on investing ideas following the Japanese earthquake, tsunami, and post-quake tremblers. I have to agree; it was in poor taste and has been removed. The irony is that while that comment taking me to task was being written and sent to me, I was working on the above posting. I'll be taken to task for writing this one also, and in due time, it, too, will be removed.]

    1. The mistake would be to expect him to act like the leader of the greatest Country in the World. The country Japan is turning to for help. He absolutely positively is not a leader, he's mearly a very well trained orginizer. This ship has no Captain.

    2. Whatever happened to the Saudi day of rage (Fri Mar 11 if I am not mistaken, yes, two days ago).

Wasn't this going to be the tipping point when the entire middle east exploded into violence and the price of oil went through the roof? Oh wait, it was an overhyped non event??? Thats never happened before.

      I may have missed it.

And if the UK wants to establish and enforce no fly in Libya then let them we have enough wars on our hands right now.
