Wells That I No Longer Track -- Page 10

January 4, 2019: #17999 -- big jump in production; #17374 -- no jump in production;
  • 34668, 6,640, MRO, Drake 44-16H, Jim Creek, t11/18; cum 41K over 20 days which extrapolates to 62K over 30 days; 
January 3, 2019: very, very important. Check on this well, #16686 in a few months and then look at this note and look at the map. See this post

November 1, 2018: note the very, very small amounts of water used to frack these new Brandvik/Weydahl wells; it will be interesting to see their initial production. See this post. Update here.

December 19, 2018: A million-bbl EOG Austin well, 21-28H, #17227, short lateral went off line 7/18; no neighboring activity noted; nothing in the sundry forms; looks like it might be coming back on line as of 11/18; unremarkable when it came back on line.

September 2, 2018: #20520, after being off-line for several years, coming back strong? See this post. #17424; #19187.

July 27, 2018: a group of wells (#34465, #34464, #34463, #34462, #34461, #34460)  -- Irgens Rexall (#21068) -- ROS -- as of 8/18 the rig is gone; #34464 this date; all are being drilled; 8/18 -- SI/NC); the CLR Peterson wells in East Fork have been fracked but still confidential;

June 25, 2018: the Kennedy-Miles wells; start with #33220; IPs have been reported but initial production has not yet been reported; initial production now provided;

June 18, 2018: CLR's State Weydahl and Brandvik wells got a parking ticket from the NDIC. Check back in a few months and see if CLR completed these wells.  One of them to check would be #30367; two others would be #23783 and #23784. Based on production data, this well has been fracked but still confidential:

June 14, 2018: this great well has just come off line. Note that it is an MRO well in Bailey oil field; back on line; unremarkable:
  • 22341, 1,520, MRO, Lorene Stohler 11-3H, Bailey, t10/12; cum 331K 1/19;
June 9, 2018: 19105, 558, Oasis/Zenergy, Aune 32-29H, Wildcat/Eightmile, Bakken, southwest of Williston, north/west side of the river, t11/10;  just went off line 4/18; nothing going on in this area; no sundry form; back on line 11/18; unremarkable;

June 5, 2018: 18141, 458, Marathon, Lazy HE 21-17H, 2 sec, Bailey, t10/09; cum 344K 1/19; came off-line 2/18; back on line 6/18; unremarkable.


March 27, 2018: follow up this well in March, 2019 -- a year later -- to see how much more oil can come from an old Madison well using new technology. #19551.


March 25, 2018: these Beaks wells all completed; and yet, most of them were taken off-line January, 2018: 19289, 29853, 29852, 29851, 26430, 26432, 32820. All back on line and all good wells; taken off for operational reasons; managing assets?

March 12, 2018: #20748, #20736; neighboring #33354, Whiting, Jackman 44-10-3H, East Fork recently fracked; no halo effect;

October 2, 2017: reader says the Statoil Mark wells were supposed to be fracked summer of 2017; no activity; watch for when they come off-line; 32238; 32293; 32292; and several others; all are SI/NC when checked 12/18; finally fracked;

December 1, 2018: #18051, just came off line 9/18; big well; see this post.

December 1, 2018: 18022, steady Eddy, Whiting, 248K -- just came off line 8/18; back on line 11/18; nothing remarkable -- check again in a month or so;


June 9, 2018: 17918, 2,166, Newfield, Clear Creek Federal 1-26H, Bakken; t8/10; cum 144K 12/18; nothing going on in this area; maybe being re-worked;

January 29, 2019: 25562, AB/1,208, Bruin/HRC, Borrud 156-101-2A-11-2H, t8/13; cum 255K 11/17; why did this well go on inactive status;

November 27, 2018: #16686, neighboring MRO wells in Reunion Bay fracked; see this post;

March 7, 2018: #17106; it's been re-fracked but production is very spotty; check other wells around it; 32005; 30938; 30937; 30940; 30939; 25438; 25439;


March 5, 2018: #18787 -- several new wells cross right over/under this old well; check this well periodically; it came off-line 12/17 which suggests activity in the area; these wells are being fracked/drilled and might affect #18787: #33482, #33483, #33484, #33485; #33472; #33471; #33470; #33469; and #33481. December 28, 2017: #2302; #2657; two very old Spearfish wells; permits renewed; SWD or back for more oil? check back in several months; link here; both have status listed as LOC when checked 6/18; as of 12/18, both are Cobra Oil & Gas wells and both are status EXP;

December 5, 2017: f/u on #19742;  Docket case, 26287, Slawson, create a 160-acre unit; to recomplete the Condor 1-36-25H well (#19742) [from the well file, it looks like this well has been recompleted; the well has been put on a pump, sometime in January, 2017; no production since 4/17; what happened? AB;  

June 25, 2017: AB/#16098; check production profile when this comes back on line; note neighboring wells just recently fracked. Still off-line as of 12/18;

July 21, 2017: #17876; note production jump 4/17; back on July 31, 2011, this was one of the many MRO wells I suggested might be a candidate for a re-frack; update: after re-frack, taken off-line immediately and placed on IA status; nothing in file report to explain why; there are wells to the east that may be soon fracked; still off-line 11/18 -- now AB;

March 4, 2017: check on halo effect on these two wells (#16730 and #17718) in the next couple of months or so. See this post.  As of 12/17, #16730 still off-line; #17718 back on line but no real jump in production; just went off-line 5/18; the three wells in between #16730 and #17718 are #33589, #33590, and #33591. The wells are fracked, 4/18; still waiting to see results of #16730, #17718 -- 6/18.] [8/18 -- #16730 remains off-line, but #17718 with huge jump in production; see the post.]

December 16, 2018: #19864, let's see how good the Klevmoen wells do after neighboring wells fracked; see this note;

December 16, 2018: #23080; huge jump in production but only 9 days; let's see what a full month of production shows; see this update.
