About 80 residents filled the American Legion Hall here Wednesday evening and their message was loud and clear: They do not want their rodeo grounds moved.And so it goes.

ReplyDeleteWe have a well that was drilled in Williams last August. It was a Wildcat and XTO has a hearing scheduled for temporary spacing for January. It's due to come off confidential list in early Feb. Do you know what it typically means when the company asks for temporary spacing after a well has been drilled? Looked on the internet and it got us more confused as we jumped around from site to site...seems like it occurs frequently...hoping for a simple understanding if you can help...Thank you.

My hunch is that it will be 1280-acre spacing unless it is part of a multi-well pad.
Yes, with 20 pages or so of cases, I assume they move through them quickly, taking longer on some only if objections are raised, or if the commission has concerns.
