To the north, WPX has another pad; it originally had four wells -- all drilled in 2019 -- and now two more WPX wells on that pad, but confidential.

The reader is correct. This well has been fracked / completed.

Fracked May 20, 2023 -- within six months of that date (this fall, 2023) we should start seeing production data. Royalties, I suppose, could start flowing (no pun intended) maybe even as early as August, 2023?
