• Comments:
• Hunt has permits for two Halliday wells, NWNE 24-146-93; 
• one to be sited 200 FNL and 1720 FEL; 
• the other to be sited 200 FNL and 1690 fEL
• Liberty Resources has a permit for a NM well, lot 3, section 18-158-92, 
• to be sited 348 FNL and 521 FWL

Three permits renewed:

• XTO: three permits, two in Lost Bridge, Dunn County, Carus State Federal (2); and the third, an Edwards Trust Federal, in Haystack oil field, McKenzie County
