Apple Vs Epic

In an Epic suit against Apple, a case that involved about 13 separate rulings, Apple won all but one, in the Ninth Circuit Court. Epic "appealed"first, asking the US Supreme Court to take the case. That was yesterday. Today, Apple asked the same court to take the single ruling against Apple.
