MDU is down more than 3% today, trading below $22.

0.125 x 4 = 50 cents / $22 = 2.27% dividend? It was paying over 4%. Needs to be fact-checked.

Since1995 never this low, though with the spin-off, MDU paid a huge -- really huge cash / stock dividend.

MDU did spin off one of its units this past year, so the cut in dividend makes sense.

But this is the kind of thing that catches widows off guard.
