• one will be sited 609 FSL and 420 FEL; the other 559 FSL and 420 FEL.

Twelve permits renewed:

• Slawson (6): three Loon Federal permits; two Genekat Federal permits, and one Genesis permit, all in Mountrail County
• BR (4): four Carlsbad permits in McKenzie County;
• Bowline: one Novak permit in McKenzie County;
• Grayson Mill: one Tufto permit in Williams County;

Seven permits canceled:
