Comments:

• only the Bakken increased production month-over-month;
• Bakken, 1,700 bopd vs 1,000 bopd for the Permian; I've always said, the Bakken wells mano a mano, are better than the Permian wells -- and by a huge margin;
• in each field, "new-well oil production per rig" has plummeted -- this has nothing to do with "reality" / potential -- this has to do with operators managing their assets
