Four new permits, #39229 - #39232, inclusive:

• Operator: Grayson Mill
• Field: Briar Creeek (McKenzie County)
• Comments:
• Grayson Mill has permits for four Reidle wells in lot 4 section 6-151-104; 
• to be sited between 2360 FsL and 2450 FSL and between 453 FWL and 456 FWL;

Seven permits renewed:

• Whiting: the first six in Mountrail Country -- Naomi TTT, Iverson, Satterthwaite, Lacey, Foreman Federal, Pennington; and, and the seventh, P Bibler in Williams County;

Change of operator:

• twenty-two very old wells in Bottineau County and Renville County were transferred from Ballantyne to Cobra Oil and Gas.
