• Comments:
• BR has permits for four wells in Pershing oil field, a Boxer, a Borink, and two Parrish-Kermit permits all in lot 4 section 5-149-96; 
• to be sited 280 FNL and between 275 FWL and 410 FWL;
• MRO has permits for a Maas USA well and a GT USA well, both in lot 1 section 18-146-94;
• to be sited between 417 FNL and 439 FNL and between 300 FWL and 333 FWL

Nine permits renewed:

• Abraxas (6): three Jore Fed permits; two Jore Maddy Fed permits; and one Sten Rav permit, all in McKenzie County;
• Enerplus (3): a Platinum, a Titanium, and a Silver permit, all in Dunn County
