Odds And Ends; Bang! 40X Jump In Production -- Halo Effect, Again -- August 18, 2022

Streaming: In terms of "viewing," for the first time ever, "streaming" exceeds "cable television."

• cable television: a veritable desert, what with CNN, MSNBC, and who knows what else
• streaming: on demand; much/most of it free
• "Only Murders In The Building" -- Tina Fey -- an uncredited role in writing?
• "All Is Not Okay In Oklahoma" is a fake podcast
  

Portfolio: it certainly took a long time but I'm finally "better balanced." 

In the past, when AAPL was down, even a little bit, my overall portfolio was also down. However, today AAPL is down more than a dollar per share but my overall portfolio is up significantly. Whoo-hoo. Due, of course, to turnaround in oil, and oh, by the way, that turnaround in oil is apparently due to an overnight statement by Chinese president Xi that he is now "opening" up China. Hmmmm.

It looks like CLR may be fracking, or has completed some new Bang wells in Cedar Coulee.

Two of the older Bang wells are now off line suggesting fracking in the area.
