With an executive order, President Biden could make federal work week no more than three days at worksite and at least two days at home for all federal workers who can perform their roles at home.
Same thing with state workers, but include schools. All students have option of attending five days in school or three or four days in school and one or two days at home, remote learning.
US Congress: offer tax breaks or other incentives to corporations who take similar actions.
And that would be just a start. I think folks would be surprised how fast the price of gasoline would fall.
