Amazing that this is not being reporting on CNBC. 

 
 Market surging and Schwab crashes. 

This will be an interesting story by the end of the day. 

E*Trade and Ameritrade also down.

Google iCloud was down earlier this morning. If you google Google asking if Google is down, you get a huge fat "NO" from Google. But they do say that Google was down earlier. US Treasury was hacked earlier according to reports over the weekend.

 Merrill Lynch is up. A reader tells me Fidelity never went down.
