This set is retired. It is still available at Amazon, other sites; best price I can find is about $260 with additional shipping charges. Most sites show it selling for about $299 plus shipping charges.

I found the set at local Lego re-sale store ... for $72.

This is a keeper. Sophia loves it. When she outgrows it (in about a year) it will be given to the new grandsons, twins in Portland, OR.
