• EOG (6): two Clearwater permits in Mountrail County; three Wayzetta permits in Mountrail County; and, a Hardscrabble permit in Williams County 
• Enerplus (3): a Spider permit, a Cobweb permit, and a Maratus permit, all  in Dunn County
• RimRock (2); two Two Shields Butte permits in Dunn County
• Kraken (2): a Wilder permit and an Anna permit, both in Williams County
• Whiting: a Mallow permit in McKenzie County
