I don't have time to write about it now, but that note about seismic crews ... break, break, break .... wow, talk about connecting dots .... connect these two dots:

And if I recall correctly, the leases were bought for $1 / acre -- the minimum bid. Compare with tens of thousands of dollars for acres in the Permian and simply thousands of dollars for acres in the Bakken.

This is absolutely amazing.
