    Hess Midstream announced a 150 mcf /day expansion of its Tioga plant.

    Seems to be ONEOK vs Hess/ Targa for gathering the most NGLs.

      Sorry for the delay in replying; too much going on. Yes, I saw the note on Hess expansion; when I got caught up, I had planned to do a stand-alone post on Hess, Tioga, etc.
