The four percent is a moving the goal post number. We are in the stage where the new labor pools will come from these sources. Federal workers, trump will right size the federal government. Teenage Jobs will come back, mostly fast food, as Older fast food workers chase wages and better hours in factory jobs. Then when immigration is fixed that will be a boom to construction and farming labor.
The greatest news will be if wages keep trending up, developing a real middle class again instead of the debt class today.
So much to do so little time to do it.
Also, as we all know on this site at least, American oil at this volumes will produce great economic growth. We will need the labor, much labor.
