A reader tells me the North Dakota Highway Patrol engaged in a high-speed chase west of Bismarck. Apparently things came to an end when the driver of the forklift stopped to charge the electric vehicle. NDHP would have closed in more quickly but the governor told law enforcement to "give the man room, don't give him a reason to flip one of our cruisers." Uff-da!
