• 76.61-acre tract

Dunn County: about 94 tracts -- most tracts I've seen since the early days of the boom

• bonus: range from $2 to $6,000 but most in the low 3-figures
• tracts: as small as 0.02 acres but mostly 20 to 160 acres
• bidders: "almost everyone" -- Slawson; Dasinger, Kaleb; Grey Rock Energy Partners; Northern Energy; Skyworld Oil; Norra Resources; Lynx Oil; Texas Independent Exploration; Interwest Petroleum; Iron Horse Royalties; Nick Lambert; Advanta Resources; others
• buy the way, that 0.02-acre tract went for $2.00/acre which suggests the bonus paid was 4 cents (see screenshot below)

McKenzie County: one tract

• bonus: $160
• 160-acre tract

Mountrail County: two tracts

• bonus: $122/acre and $5,201/acre
• one 28.20-acre tract
• one 40-acre tract
