• Hess (3): a Blue-Buttes Madison unit permit (McKenzie County); a Skalicky permit (Burke County); and a G.V. Levang permit in McKenzie County

Operator transfer: from Samson Resources Company to Resource Energy CAN-AM LLC: 

• approximately 130 wells which includes one SWD well; all in Divide County
• oldest permit: #16124, a Strom well in Divide County 
• most recent permit: #30568, a Marauder permit in Divide County
