• QEP (6): six Tipi permits in McKenzie County
• CLR (4): four Bohmbach permits in McKenzie County
• Hunt (4): two Trulson permits in Mountrail County; one Cook permit and one Halliday permit, both in Dunn County
• WPX (2): two Wolf Chief permits in Dunn County

WPX canceled one permit: a Wolf Chief permit in Dunn County.
