Gasoline Demand -- Really, Really Good News -- February 3, 2016

Reporting today:

• Comcast, at 79 cents misses 82 cents forecast, but other good news; shares up;
• General Motors, at $.130 easily beat $1.22 forecast and other great news, but market not happy; shares down;
• Marathon Petroleum (MPC), at 79 cents easily beat 69 cents forecast but slows dividend growth; problem with MLP; shares down;
• Southern Company (SO), at 44 cents beats 43 cents but revenues off; shares down;
• MDU, at 25 cents misses 27 cents forecast; or maybe 27 cents -- too many numbers; see link  (the link is currently off-line; will be back up in the morning);

Crude oil had a huge day today; John Kemp, who probably has the best handle on this, says "short squeeze."
